Milk foam for bubble tea (Cheese matchiato)

Ingredients:

250 mL whipping cream
1/4 of cream cheese bar (place it in room temperature before mixing for easily melting)
3 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Use mixer about 3 minutes until the liquid becomes cream
Pour it into the top of ice tea to create matchiato
Option: Add matcha powder or mint leaves for decoration
